You will need to have engaged in these resources before you reach the interactive activities in Step 4. In the live online scheduled classes you will engage in debate of traditional and recent leadership perspectives in the context of contemporary organisations.
Step 4 – Time to interact! This part of the session is where you will be working either live or via time restricted activities and it is an integral part of your interactive learning experience. You have been provided with a consistent set of weekly activities. Depending on your own personal circumstances you find that working on one activity a day works best for you or you may prefer to bunch your learning together over a few set days in the week. Your tutors will be closely monitoring to ensure you have the support you need at this time. It is very important that you have at least looked at the learning materials we have asked you to engage with in Step 2.
