Personal development plan based on the SWOT analysis for the job role you selected. Make sure you set out learning goals and plan necessary training.
Reflective statement. Justify why this plan will help you in the long run of becoming a business professional.

Assignment Brief and Guidance: Scenario and activity: You have been recruited as an external Learning and Development consultant by Red Bull (or a non-fictitious organisation of your choice). The Director of Human Resources of this organisation requires you to produce a report which must address the following question: ‘Does the organisation effectively utilise learning and development to support individuals and teams to help it to operate high-performance working (HPW) in a high-performance culture?’
You are required to demonstrate the use of critical thinking to support a conclusion that justifies your arguments.
In the report you should
introduce the organisation;
analyse the differences between organisational and individual learning, training and development;
analyse the need for continuous learning and professional development to drive sustainable business performance;
explain how HPW contributes to employee engagement and competitive advantage and what the benefits of HPW are for your chosen organisation;.
critically evaluate the different approaches to high-performance (HP) management (e.g. collaborative working) by giving specific examples and making judgements on how effective the approaches can be in supporting high-performance culture and commitment;
provide conclusions with specific examples of how HPW and HP management lead to employee engagement, commitment and competitive advantage in your chosen organisation.
